Have Half Life 2 Episode 2 installed
Put this map into EP2's Map folder located under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\ep2\maps
Enable the console command function from the settings tab in EP2's main menu
hit the ` Key and type in map MenticideDF
hit enter!
